Vegeta post Namek Arc:

1. Not allowing Bulma's plan (hunting Gero) or else he'll kill them.

2. Allowing Cell to reached his perfect form just so Vrgeta can have his match.

3. Played a huge role on releasing Boo because he wants to fight Goku so badly.

4. Crushing Potara even though they don't have any plan on destroying Boo.

5. Underestimating Pure Boo.

6. Not giving his Ki to Goku who formed a Genki Dama against Jiren.

 

[Captain Cadaver]

Either Post-Namek Vegeta for reasons Fearless already mentioned, or Cell for basically being a dumber Vegeta and perhaps having the most asinine moment of dropping the ball in how he infodumped to Piccolo after giving him the succ.

Goku. Vegeta was arrogant, but he didn't put the lives of everyone else on his shoulders. Goku did, yet made decisions only based on his own interests.
