the 100x big-bang kamehameha could i think take-out the entire health-bar (or at-least over half a bar for sure, i think) in budokai 3 if done right

that was good

in games like burst-limit, captain-ginyu's body-change could be a game-changer, if u hit it at the right-time. even-tho it's not op in the sense u mean it, i think.

I didn't find the 100x Big Bang Kamehameha to be too OP. Sure, it had great damage, but it wasn't unavoidable.

Shunkan Ido Kamehameha in the Tenkaichi and Raging Blast series comes to mind, as well as Super #13's SS Deadly Bomber as it follows you around. Whis' Symphonic Destruction from Xenoverse was pretty haxed before the update iirc.

Symphonic Destruction was the worst before the patch it was instant and when you used it you were invinsible. Super Electric Strike in Xenoverse before patching was bad too. I remember Planet Burst being op in many of the games too.

King Piccolo could stretch his arms a lot in multiple games which made him like Luffy. Otherwise not many similarities
