I consider Broly as strong as Super Perfect Cell so Innocent Boo kills Broly in a single hit.

Usually because people insist on Fat Boo being only about 2.5x stronger than SS2 Teen Gohan, and Innocent Boo is less than half of Fat Boo.
I however disagree with that notion as Innocent Boo had a much more impressive performance against Pure Boo than SS2 Vegeta did.

Mister Boo is likely halfway between the Boo Arc SSj2's and Chibi Boo. So, in other words, he'd be 2x to 2.5x stronger than the SSj2's.
So, he'd three-shot Broly, who I have around 1.33x to 1.5x SSj2-tier.

Does anybody here have M10 Broli above SPC? I've heard legends of those who would put him at SSJ3 level (or even higher :what ) but I have never met these people for myself.

Broly is stated as having Super Saiyan power surpassing Goku, meaning he's stronger than Goku Ssj2 and/or Majin Vegeta Ssj2.
Teen Gohan trained during the events of M10 and is stronger than his Boo Saga counter-part. So it only makes logical sense that Broly would be greater than Goku & Vegeta.
That said, Broly gives Mr.Boo a great fight but eventually goes down due to Boo's regeneration.

Buu one shots Broly. He performed better against Kid Buu than Vegeta did and I have SSJ2 Vegeta by himself being able to beat Broly Pre and Post Majin. Best case scenario for Broly is as strong as Super Perfect Cell who I have on the same level as SSJ2 Pre-Majin Vegeta, worst case scenario I have him being considerably weaker. I still put Mr. Buu above every non fused SSJ2 in the series.
