Here, i'll explain why i think Gohan has no rage boosts after Raditz Saga...
1. At first, he was an untrained 4 year old kid with amazing reserves of power. Because he was untrained,
his power changed with emotions and he needed strong emotions to bring out his true power.
2. Piccolo trained him for exactly that purpose; to be able to use his power all the time. At Saiyans Saga, he
told Gohan to put his mind into it. In other words, what he lacked was yuuki. With focus, he'd be able to use
his power at will.
3. At Namek Saga, the effect of Guru's boost bringing out Gohan's potential took full effect when he attacked
Freeza's 2nd Form (perhaps the rage accelerated it).
4. After that, it's highly implied Gohan is no longer affected by the supposed rage boosts. Think of it. After
being healed by Dende, he's calm, yet Vegeta says he's stronger than before (obviously referring to the
highest power he'd previously felt from the boy). Also, he feels optimistic without mentioning anything about
expecting Gohan to get mad again for them to have a chance. The above implies Gohan kept permanently the
power he showed when he attacked 2nd Form Freeza.
Also, if Gohan could still get insane boosts by getting mad, why didn't he do it in Trunkses timeline and kick
the butts of Future Androids? Weren't their atrocities enough of a motivation?
5. The thing with his rage boosts is mentioned again much later, during the Cell Games. It seems at that
point AT's intention was for all that story with Gohan's rages to be built up into him transforming into
something unique. Later, though, he regretted it and retconned that unique rage transformation into a
simple power up anyone could do.
6. And we reach Buu Saga, where Gohan is almost another generic, useless Z fighter. He can go SSJ2, but
that's all. He has nothing more ''hidden'' to show before Old Kai unlocks his potential. Goku and Vegeta
were still awed by his past achievements and vaguely believed that something impressive could happen
again if Gohan got mad. But, they were false.
