My ultimate Buus' anaysis

Kid Buu= 100

-South Kai gave him a hard time, at the point he resorted to absorption. I place him on par with him...
South Kai= 100
Buff Buu= Kid Buu + South Kai= 100 + 100= 200

-Then, he absorbs Dai Kai. Because of his meek nature, his power acts as a substraction...
Dai Kai: 15
Fat Buu= Buff Buu - Dai Kai= 200 - 15= 185

-Fat Buu cannot use his full power, because of his sweet nature. When his anger reaches his peak, he splits.
South Kai has a little evil in him (he's not a bad guy, he's just not a nimbus rider). Good Buu takes Dai Kai
and South Kai's good part, whereas Evil Buu takes Kid Buu and South Kai's evil part. When they refuse,
Super Buu is formed, who can use all of his power, as opposed to Fat Buu...
South Kai's good= 95
South Kai's evil= 5
Good Buu= South Kai's good - Dai Kai= 95 - 15= 80
Evil Buu= Kid Buu + South Kai's evil= 100 + 5= 105
Super Buu= 185

-When Kid Buu reappears, the whole Kais' influence has been channelled to the other Buu...
Mister Buu= South Kai - Dai Kai= 100 - 15= 85

Where do you place fat Buu not being able to reach his full power without anger? So basically when he's not angry (one that faced Goku)
