Well, considering the fact many subjects in DB make little to no sense, including Nappa's PL, even if Toriyama confirmed Nappa was 4k period, it wouldn't really change anything in the bigger picture of contradictions, inconsistencies, retcons, and straight up wacky shit that is contained all through out DB/Z/Super.

Nappa can be 4,000 vs the Z Senshi...but he has to be over 7,000 at full power. Raditz meanwhile is around or barely over 1,200.

Anyway, Nappa was if I am not mistaken....a top tier Saiyan general. Raditz was just an average Saiyan....Goku spent no time on Planet Vegeta but at birth was determined to be a very low status weakling low level outcast that even Raditz was ashamed of. But Nappa dogs Raditz numberous times and he's definitely considered mediocre to Nappa...which he was.

Comparing Nappa to Raditz is a joke..it's like comparing Android #19 to Android #16 in Android tier..I don't think so.

We explained it already, did you not read the replies by me and CC? Everything except the one Akira Responds answer at the end of the page are information taken from guidebooks like the daiz, such as Nappa's 4k.

They are just articles produced by Kanz members from the guidebooks, as the guidebooks also contain those "Akira Answers" segments.

And you know how much Kanz wanks off the guidebooks, if Kaboom is any indication.
