Jack's feats are already enough to portray him as a monster. He went against four marines battle ships with an admiral and a former fleet admiral in, manages to sink two and still survives it. Has the strength to fight each dukes for four days, non-stoply, while the dukes at least got a 12 hours rest. Not to mention surviving a trunk as huge as an island apparently without injuries.

Besides, one of Big Mom's commandants, Cracker, already showed to be on Doffy's level and we don't even know if he is Big Mom's right hand, like Jack is of an apparently even stronger Yonko.

This is enough to put Jack above Doflamingo imo, specially the last point.

I think Neko wins due to being equal to Jack. Just based on Jack appearing after Dofla, and having the guts to challenge two admirals at once, and actually taking out some of their ships.

Also Cracker is likely stronger. Luffy probably got stronger after Dressrosa as he always does after a hard fight.

I see. I don't think he was already her right hand due to being defeated earlier, but it's possible the top 3 are all around the same power. I wouldn't put Jack any below Cracker to be honest, therefore not anything below Doflamingo.

What was Cracker's bounty? It was only for his armor, right?

Those are the commanders we know so far. However Jack has such a high bounty due to his ruthlessness, he may not be stronger than the other two listed. I'd say he'd at the very least be on par though.

Not always bounties are indicative of superiority, but in many cases they do help us to have a notion. I don't see the harm in using them here when we haven't much to go by, other than Jack being Kaido's right hand. If we scale them down from Kaido >= Big Mom, we can reach Jack >= top 3, assuming the boss ~ right hand follows a constant pattern. It's still good to speculate though.

Jack is still above Nekomamushi and Inuarashi. Even though they could keep up with him by 12 fucking hours, they still got a rest, while Jack didn't.
