Nightmare Luffy runs a gauntlet

Nightmare Luffy, from Thriller Bark obviously, runs a OP gauntlet... who's the strongest character he can defeat? Can he make it far to the new world?

Probably gets stomped by anyone with Haki or cutting attacks relevant to Post-TS Base Luffy or so. He couldn't even KO Oars/Base Moria in the time he used the form despite it being suggested Oars was at best equal to a Pacifista and was implied to be far inferior in raw power to Shadow Asgard Moria. The only New World characters he should be capable of beating are some very low tier ones.
