Since the duo have nothing outside of hype and reverence from their descendants, Enel one-shots them.

Noland did explore the New World, did he not? Surely that would give him some credibility.

True, though enough to put him as a challenge to Enel? It could be argued that he may have had Haki, since almost every NW fighter has shown some knowledge in it, which could beat Enel if he has Busoshoku Haki (since he's a complete glass cannon). However, that's pure speculation. Based on what's actually been shown, the duo can't compete.

Noland is > Eneru

He one shotted the giant snake thing while Eneru's El Thor didn't even affect it's son/grandson which was the same size and similar age as his dad/grandpa at the time.

If Noland doesn't have Armament Haki then Eneru wins but only because Noland can't touch him

El Thor's far from Enel's strongest technique though. It's nothing compared to his Advent of Thunder or 200,000,000 volt Amaru, both of which were, by his word, likely capable of destroying Skypiea entirely.

I think you're underestimating a lot Norland and Calgara. You don't remember the flashback between the two? They are treated like beasts. Both Norland as Calgara defeated the snake with an attack each.
