Obi -Wan Kenobi (AotC) vs Scarlett Witch (MCU)

Kenobi from Episode II vs Scarlett Witch from the Marvel Films. Fight takes place on the floating city from Age of Ultron.

Round 1: No lightsaber. Powers and environment only.

Round 2: Obi-Wan can draw his lightsaber. If he does, Scarlett Witch gets three minutes of help from Quicksilver (the shitty MCU one, not based af Days of Future Past version).

Who wins?

Round 1, most likely Obi-Wan. Kenobi's Force power is anywhere from Large Town to Large City level based on Plo Koon preventing a cruiser from crashing and not being a complete peon to Dooku, who should scale from Vader's feat of tanking the explosion of the largest weapons factory in the Galaxy with his Force Shield respectively. Scarlet Witch is City level, so in terms of power it could be a stomp in each sides favour, but Obi-Wan's gigantic advantage in reaction speeds allows him to win as long as he doesn't slip up either way.

Round 2 is most likely the same outcome. Though Quicksilver is MHS, his speed is still several times lower than Obi-Wan's reaction feat of blocking Dooku's Force Lightning. With Quicksilver being vastly inferior in power, he gets ragdolled.

It's even more of a stomp in Obi-Wan's favour if including Legends scaling, due to the scaling he'd get from characters such as Plagueis or Exar Kun.
