He will fight Gogeta (GT) in his various Super Saiyan transformations, where does he stop at?

Beats them all but SSJ4. If he can survive the Big Bang KHH, then he's not losing to SSJ3 Gogeta.

SSJ4 doesn't provide a fix boost, it is a potential unlock. Since Gogeta's potential must be gigantic, i think that his SSj4 provides a ridiculous boost.

So Omega wins SSj-SSj3, but gets horribly stomped at SSj4.

Vegeta specified to Goku that they could beat Super Yi Xing Long "As a Super Saiyan 4 Fusion", heavily suggesting that any of Gogeta's lower forms weren't sufficient for such. Super Yi Xing Long beats every form up to SS4.

Even w/o that quote the same conclusion can be drawn, as the GT Perfect Files state that SSJ4 is a potential unlock; w/ Gogeta being the fusion of two Saiyans that regularly received big gains, it'd only be natural for him to have huge potential. Additionally, the GTPF state that SSJ4 Gogeta is several dozens of times stronger than a regular SSJ4, implying that the power gap between Omega and SSJ4 Gogeta isn't double figures.

Omega stops at SSJ4 Gogeta.

With SYXL being more than 10x stronger than SSj4 Goku in my book, SSj4 Gogeta doesn't need to be more than 100x stronger to fit the bill. SYXL can fit anywhere in between there.
