Is it Viz too, like Dragon Ball? Sorry if this isn't worth a topic, but I want to know it.

Yeah, it looks okay for the most part. Kissmanga is good too.

Not sure, never read Viz OP from actual Viz.

You're better off with Viz than a lot of the earlier OP scanlations anyway. Not good would be giving them too much credit.

The first 18 volumes or so. I recently reread online and the translations were terrible early on. When the warlords were introduced it was head scratching.

The one's on Mangafox (or most sites for that matter) aren't the Viz version, though their translations are good for the most part. Unfortunately, the fanslations are of poor quality from Drum Island to the end of Skypiea. I prefer the fanslations for most other parts, mainly as the Viz version tends to make dialogue such as character insults more immature, mainly in the early volumes.

Not outside of Shonen Jump USA's official website to my knowledge, and I'm pretty sure that's only available in the USA.

Yeah there were some tone issues in the early viz volumes. But nothing that's quite as bad as the bad fanslation problems in the middle of the grand line.

Do you have the digital or print Viz volumes?

I see. I tried to buy the one digital volume, but it didn't work since it's not possible to buy the digital ones if you're not from USA. :(

@sei'taer - how did you buy it? Through the computer or in a desk?

My uncle gives me a really large Barnes and Noble gift card for Christmas. I was trying to pad out my free book purchases so I bought the first six 3-in-1 volumes. That takes you all the way up to the beginning of Alabasta.
