Oh I think Oob smashes here. They were training for, what, five years in the sub version? That's five years of non stop training with Goku, who declared before leaving Kami's lookout that the two of them were equals in Base. Oob was already floating in the Boo territory or power as it is during EoZ, so here I can see him way above SS3 Goku from a few years before.

I say that Oob loses, just due to the fact that I have SSj3 Goku (EoZ)>>SSj Gotenks (Post-RoSaT) at the minimum, and SSj Gotenks is equal to BoGT Oob IMO.

BoGT Uub is SSJ1 Goku (EoZ) level from my point of view. SSJ3 Goku (EoZ) would knock him out cold, strain or no strain.

I think that training's purpose was to bring out Ubb's full power (Kid Buu). So, if we go by EOZ/GT
huge bases and small SSJ multipliers, Goku rapes.
