Tough to say, but I’ll give it to Paragus. With speed and power equalized, I think having the size advantage will help Paragus. He’ll also be more ruthless in nature compared to Nail, which may help give him the edge here.

With equal size just gives Paragus more advantage IMO. There's nothing Nail can do about it other than cut Paragus tail if he knows the weakness of Oozaru.
