Do you believe a Saiyan, given the same cyborg enhancements as 17/18, could still transform into a Super Saiyan [and beyond]?

EDIT: Additionally... do you believe a Saiyan with mechanical additions (replaced limbs like Freeza), could still transform?

Of course they can, never underrestimate the power of technologies in DB world.

I'd say depends. A model like 17/18 is still very much human, so I'd say it could still transform. As you get more like 16, I'd say no.

I believe if it was along the line of 17/18 then, maybe, they could still transform.

If it was like 16 or 19, then no.
