Overrated Characters

To me it's Ultimate Gohan, there were times when a lot of fans said that Goku can never surpass Gohan since the latter is beyond of its limits. But they forgot that it doesn't mean shit in DB since Goku can always surpass anyone in the series and he's on his way surpassing Beerus himself.

Vegeta - People cite him as the most well developed character in the series, despite the fact that most of his "development" in the Cell and Boo Arcs come during the climax after a complete regression throughout the majority of the arc.

Broly - A literal manchild with ridiculous reasons for hating Goku more than Vegeta is not a good character.

Toppo - People actually think Hakaishin Toppo counts as development when he had already told Dyspo the overration of justice the Pride Troopers were doing was pretty much an act.

Caulifla - The thirsty fanboys actually tend to judge her as one of the hottest characters in the series despite her looking 12 at best. The standards of modern anime fans, everybody.

Bardock - I found him a simplistic, yet well executed character. When you push his popularity by making him the first SSJ through Time Travel or overpowering Mira by asspulling SS3 or worse, tangling with SS4 Gogeta in base, you know you're overrating a character and betraying their premise.

Goku - Toei and current Toriyama always trying to hax Goku to make him out to be the absolute strongest by default even in situations where he's not.

Vegito - His supposed appeal is that he's a badass that is way ahead of everyone else in power, but this influenced the fight that he had to become bland after some time, and it became obvious that there'd be some kind of screw-up created for the finale to wank Goku be more "climactic". He was essentially a walking plot device.

Tenshinhan used to be pretty overrated. Dunno if he's still nowadays after Super shat all over him.

Power wise SSJ3 Goku and Pure Boo are overrated as fuck because of people thinking Anime is canon for some reason.

Since this is based on strength, a lot of Boo arc characters are highly overrated simply due to the fact that it's the last arc in the original manga. Vegetto stands at the top since he has no upper limit displayed, so fans make up anything about him. Next would be Kid Boo and Super Saiyan 3 Goku simultaneously since they participated in the final clash. After that would be Ultimate Gohan, and maybe Super Saiyan 3 Gotenks.
