If Lucci's smart enough to utilise Oars' lack of pain to his advantage like Chopper did, he may be able to win if he spam Soru, Rankyaku and Shigan, and assuming Moria isn't there to help Oars. If Oars lands a couple of good hits on him though, it's over for Lucci.

Oz, as I have TB Zoro going back to Luffy's level with his new sword which he hyped up quite a lot.
