Paikuhan vs Dabura

Paikuhan stalemated FPSSJ Goku from Cell Games (who could be a bit stronger than in the CG, don't know) while Dabra fought pretty evenly with Boo saga SSJ Gohan. Who wins?

Paikuhan is aware of Dabura's split.

Dabura takes this pretty easily with the stone spit. If Paikuhan's aware of it, I still think Dabura would win. I doubt Goku was any stronger than he was at the Cell Games, whereas I have Boo Arc Gohan being at least a fair bit stronger than that Goku. You could argue that Paikuhan has greater durability due to him withstanding an attack from Super Kaioken Goku, though I'd chalk that up as a typical Toei feat inconsistency.

If it's Movie 12 Paikuhan though, he wins pretty easily due to scaling making him at least a fair bit above Boo Arc SSJ Goku.

I doubt Goku was any stronger than he was at the Cell Games, whereas I have Boo Arc Gohan being at least a fair bit stronger than that Goku.

That'd make the gap between Goku and Gohan at the Cell Games too big, no? Vegeta stated Cell Games Gohan was far, far better than Boo saga Gohan.

Besides, I kinda get the impression Paikuhan was slightly ahead FPSSJ Goku, while Dabura had a slightly disadvantage in power against Boo saga Gohan.

The gap between Goku and Gohan during the Cell Games was implied to be huge. Gohan believed Goku wasn't taking his fight with Cell seriously due to comparing Goku to himself, not to mention he didn't take any fatigue when allowing himself to be beat up by Cell, even after Cell used his full speed. Vegeta's statement about Gohan, whilst indeed concerning his power, mainly focused on his battle skill deteriorating above all else, meaning that whilst his decrease in power was indeed very significant, it doesn't have to be absolutely huge.

Well when Vegeta made that comment, Gohan was just standing in front of Kibito, so I doubt it was related to skills or anything.

Dabura is a trash talker, he can't even damage Gohan let alone beating him.

Dabura mostly relies on sneak attacks and hus spit to fight a rusty SSJ Gohan...and he still struggled.

On the other-hand, Pikkon dominated SSJ Goku for most of the fight and nearly won, only losing due to taking huge damage from a point blank Kamehameha.

The winner is obvious.

If Gohan was an SSJ, Pikkon one-shots. I tend to have SSJ Buu Arc Gohan around Cell Games Vegeta (though admittedly that's based on him being SSJ2 vs Dabura). If Gohan was an SSJ2, Goku said Dabura was as strong as Perfect Cell and then said he was stronger than he thought, so Dabura one-shots even without his stone spit.

I don't believe the Pikkon > Cell thing, but regardless I give this to Pikkon. I put Buu Saga Gohan (SSJ) around the same level as Cell Games Goku and Dabura was struggling with him and had to resort kill moves to do damage and even then it still didn't work. Pikkon meanwhile dominated Goku, with Goku only scoring 2 hits, the first of which he retaliated from immediately and the 2nd was a surprise attack.
