That's pan from GT. Sorry if that's a noob question, but I have little to no knowledge about GT and would like to see the outcome of this battle.

GT Pan was strong enough to land a hit on Rildo who is stronger than Majin Boo.

Pan was nearly unscathed from SS Goten-Baby's blast, and that Goten was giving some trouble to base Gohan. Even if Goten was holding back, I doubt it was to such a considerable degree that even someone as pitifully weak as Android #18 could survive it.
