I sort of don't want to put him on, say, Raditz level, but I have no reason to put him high at all. Just a vibe, that he should be maybe around full power Nappa.

He probably got a few decent Zenkai boosts just to push him along.

But the Daizenshuu does say, I think that he was an high-ranking member (Elite???) of the Saiyan Army. In that case he could be maybe even around Nappa's Level or weaker.

For real though, I posted in the wrong spot l0l. I had to get it moved.

But you sound right. If he was elite, he was probably below full power Nappa, because Nappa seemed to be in charge.

After that, though, he probably got stronger by Zenkai. Maybe not to much, but some.

Maybe like, 9-10,000, around Bardock or so.

there's this. now that i jst found this:

Paragus having a high position in Saiyan is suggested in the supplemental daizenshuu TV Animation Part 3, based on Paragus’ ability to meet directly with King Vegeta. It also suggests that Paragus may have been Bardock’s superior or otherwise known Bardock, due to him recognizing Goku as Bardock’s son.

I'd say he was a decently high rank in his empire days, then got a bit stronger roaming the galaxy with Broly. Around Nappa level is fine. I've usually done 4-10k with him.

I also think being around Nappa's level is fine for him when the Saiyan Army was still alive. But got stronger overtime granted his power didn't exponentially spike like Broly's but I think 15K max and 6K minimum is good for him.

Yeah I'm personally settling towards around 10k myself, floating a bit up or down. That daiz entry helps give a roundabout idea.
