Pegasus with the eye wins since all he needs to do is repeatedly negate Monster Reborn every time Marik tries to revive Ra. Without the eye he can't read shit so he gets owned.

Even with the eye, it doesn't make Pegasus invincible. He still needs to come up with a counter-strategy. He's relied on his eye for so long that he's not very skilled on his own (just look at how shitty he did without it against just about anyone in the original series). Marik might get annoyed, but I still think he'd be able to beat Pegasus regardless of the eye.

Without the eye, Pegasus would get toasted worse than anyone in Battle City that dueled Marik did.

In real life, being able to see the opponent's cards isn't as great an advantage as portrayed in the show. But, Pegasus with the eye is
invincible indeed, especially since he always seems to draw the right cards to counter the strategies he reads.

He was playing on scrub level though, and by different rules. I really doubt he'd be able to take someone like Marik, especially with Ra, under BC rules.
