Piccolo(Android Arc - pre Kami) power

How powerful is he? Weaker than Freeza? Stronger than Freeza? Stronger than Yardrat Goku?

Just a stage below SSJ Trunks (post 3 years), so a decent amount ahead of Yardrat Goku.

I know it is an old topic, but I am interested in answering. I would say that Piccolo (Arc Android) without merging with Nail, would be just above the Base Saiyans.

This is before merging with Kami, not the hypothetical version of him not having Nail in him.

As for the topic, he'd at the very least have to be comparable to the Super Saiyans from 3 years ago, and most likely far above them. Kuririn would have no reason to point out that Piccolo "wasn't even a Super Saiyan" when in awe of his power if he was far below that tier and him saying he didn't lack confidence in his abilities (his wording being even more direct in relation to power in the Steve Simmons translation of the anime) makes it apparent he believes he can go up against or even defeat individuals he knows SSJ Trunks stood no chance again. I personally would only place him slightly below the Pre-Rosat SSJs.
