Isn't it Super Saiyan Grade 2? However if you like the term 'Ascended' I guess it's not problem. As for the thread, Vegeta believed himself greater than 50% Goku Mssj:
Veget Ssj (Cell Games) > 50% Goku Mssj
But he shits himself at the thought of 100% Goku Mssj:
Goku Mssj > Vegeta Ssj (Cell Games) > 50% Goku Mssj
Now, Grade 3 provides an increase of anywhere from 100-125x the users Base power. Grade 2 should fit nicely in between at 75x the users Base power. Which would look like:
Vegeta SsjG2 (Cell Games) > Goku Mssj > Vegeta Ssj (Cell Games) > 50% Goku Mssj
As for Piccolo.
He's weaker than Kaioshin, whose weaker than Dabura, whose slightly weaker than a rusty un-trained Teen Gohan, whose probably about even with Goku from the Cell Games.
Vegeta SsjG2 (Cell Games) > Goku Mssj (Cell Games) =/= Teen Gohan Ssj (Boo) >= Dabura > Kaioshin > Piccolo (Boo)
It's a pretty favorable stomp for Vegeta.

Oh, now Vegeta has actually surpassed Goku from the Cell Games in terms of raw power. He wouldn't be quite as fast as Goku, but he would be stronger.
