Hell Piccolo is below SSJ Baby arc Gohan and I can't see that Gohan topping Gohan-Boo by much if at all, and Beerus got some retroactive wank that makes his 10% statement against Vegeta a sad joke at this point

I didn't know about the Beerus wank. I remember there being a time where people thought Piccolo would have to be above Hellfire 17 at the least, to maintain order in hell. There are a few ways around this, so I never bought in to the idea 100%, but I did see merits in it.

I'm not sure how that makes him relate to Beers...but I'll say he wins anyway.

I can't see that Gohan topping Gohan-Boo by much if at all

Why's that? Even if we assume Base Gohan is = Ultimate Gohan and not > Ultimate Gohan, Super Saiyan is still a 2.5x boost, and Gohan-Boo isn't 2.5x Ultimate Gohan.

Well, I dunno if Piccolo got any wank in Hell, but considering GT's tendency to throw around illogical power ups like candy, it's possible. Still, due to the obscene nature of Beerus' retroactive wank (Champa and Beerus imply SSJB Goku using Kaioken x 10 and/or Hit can't match up to them), whatever wank he gets is pretty meaningless at this point.

Because of base Goku > SSJ Gohan and Goten I guess. Although since it's GT, a post-M2 hax is more than likely.

As far as feats go, Piccolo did survive a KHH from SSJ Baby Gohan. Although at the time, Gohan was newly possessed and Baby was more than likely trying out a new body.

Past that, he was also killed by a planetary explosion. But then again, he let himself die, so I don't know how far that goes.

I'd like to say Piccolo was probably killed due to his inability to breathe in space, but with GT's glass cutting SSJ4 logic, I'm not so sure

According to the yet unseen, untranslated half of the GT perfect files, that glass was made of a special, space-age polymer allow known as transparent aluminium. So that cut is totally practical.
