Do you really want to know why Piccolo is so strong post roast?

When Goku was telling Piccolo where he stood in comparison to Cell, there was a drop of sweat on his face. There may be sweat in almost every panel of the manga, but this one is special because he was anticipating Goku-sama to say, "Pikorro, you have surpassed everyone including Cell. Please kirr him." While that wasn't the case, the mere sweat implies that Piccolo > Cell, who is > 50% Goku. What's more?!?! Even lord Trunks was sweating!! There's no way to argue against this, folks.

True. People sweat when they get nervous, anxious, shocked, or excited. Goku-sama and Lord Trunks were both absolutely shocked at Pikkoro's immense gains, thanks to his ROASTing Pit Protein Shakeâ„¢, whilst Lord Goku's sweat in particular indicating his excitement at Pikkoro's potential in the upcoming battle against Cell. These extreme emotions are quite evident to anyone even paying a little attention and applying a modicum of intelligent thought to that which they are viewing with their eyes, and it irks me that most ignore these two sizable pieces of evidence in this longstanding debate.
