Piccolo can solo the HxH verse with only hand to hand combat even in the 23rd Budokai. This isnt even a fight. Piccolo could probably kill hisoka with a finger.

Meruem's best destruction feats were Town level feats, whilst his best durability feat was surviving Netero's Small City level blast. That's not even enough to fight evenly with Prime Piccolo Daimao, let alone Saiyan Arc Piccolo.

Meruem's best destruction feats were Town level feats, whilst his best durability feat was surviving Netero's Small City level blast. That's not even enough to fight evenly with Prime Piccolo Daimao, let alone Saiyan Arc Piccolo.

Are you saying Piccolo Daimao ( young ) > Meruem ?

If we're using only hand to hand then Mereum should be able to get to Raditz. While Z fighters have a high destructive strength using ki, their physical strength is very meek in comparison.

If that's the case, I see it as possible, though the OP only referred to Ki Blasts rather than no Ki whatsoever.

Even with ki, seeing that ki only multiplies your physical abilities and isn't a direct weapon in hand to hand, they still have very weak destructive showing with their punches and kicks.
