I only consider their merging boost to be 2x, so Vegeta absolutely murders Piccolo.

I don’t think Piccolo would end up stronger than Vegeta, but maybe just strong enough to survive until Goku got to the battlefield. So I guess around 12,000 to 15,000.

But then Guru said if Piccolo merged with Kami back in the Saiyan-Saga he might not have had to die and called the original Nameless Namekian a progidy (or maybe I'm remembering this wrong) so wouldn't he be higher than Nail? :mikey :mikey :mikey

So he'd win against Nappa? :shc :shc :shc

Might not have had to die does not necessarily mean that he would be stronger than Vegeta if he merged with Kami. Given the situation that the Earthlings were in, it could just mean that Piccolo would've been able to buy more time before Goku arrived, thus saving his life.

Didn't he also call them two halves of the same whole?

I think so.

Was Guru talking about if Piccolo merged with Kami during Saiyan saga or just a Kamiccolo post training can actually beat Vegeta?

If it's the former then Kamiccolo loses go Vegeta but if it's the latter then he has a chance of winning. Perhaps he would be as strong as Dodoria/Zarbon.

Assuming the boost was similar to in the Cell Arc, Piccolo wouldn't even be touching FP Nappa. That isn't what Saichoro implied, however, so either we shouldn't take fanmade multipliers as the deciding factor over evidence or just assume a Daimao + Kami reformation would yield a greater boost due to being more "pure" in a sense.

Well in this case it makes even more sense, because Piccolo and Kami together isn't a fusion in the normal sense.

Also do you think Piccolo wins?

Probably. Out of the two options I presented, I'd say the former is more likely as Toriyama seldom cares for gap consistency given how the Kamehameha never really seems like the game changer the Raditz fight presented it as afterwards. The statement also seemed like a clear way of saying Kamicollo > Saiyan Arc Vegeta, so I see no reason to go against something Toriyama was throwing in the audience's face.

Yeah but the Kamiccolo fusion being a two times multiplier is a direct statement, and every instance where it is used or reference supports the statement.

Piccolo (Post Kaio) should be at least on par with Gohan (who's relevant to 1st Form Freeza) since he was confident in saving him. Nail then implies that a hypothetical Weighted Kamiccolo would be slightly stronger than Freeza, which fits with him rivaling Gohan and likely surpassing him without weights.

Piccolo is fodder to the artificial twins but while not exactly on par, he is a lot closer to the Super Saiyans than them, especially when:

Present Aritifical Twins > Future Artifical Twins > 1st Form Cell > Super Saiyans > Piccolo

This makes another instance where a two times multiplier works perfectly.

Was Guru even aware of exactly how powerful Nappa and Vegeta were anyway?

Didn't Guru say if he had been merged no saiyan would've killed him? With that, Piccolo should win.

Well, he'd approximately know how high they'd be, he saw the fights after-all.
