Pikkon (M12) vs Vegeta SSJ2 (M12)?

Remember that in the Other World Tournament it was like this:

Pikkon (Unweighted) >= SSJ Goku >>>>>>>>>> Base Goku >= Pikkon (Weighted).

Apparently both Goku and Pikkon maintained that gap in M12.

Pikkon (M12) would be slightly more powerful than Goku SSJ (M12).

From what we know, Goku progressed a lot between Arc Boo and M12.

Who is more powerful and who would win?

Pikkon doesn't really have anything going for him in Movie 12 other than him sparring evenly with Base Goku at the beginning of the movie. So Vegeta.
