Pikkon VS SSJ Broly

Scenario: In the ending of movie 11, it's been said Pikkon was fighting Broly when the Saiyan was causing trouble in hell. Since Goku is (somehow) hungry, he needs to eat first to be in any condition to fight, so Pikkon has to fight alone.

* To give Pikkon a fighting chance, we'll assume Broly started the fight as a Super Saiyan.

* For convenience's sake, let's also assume Broly didn't get any stronger since Movie 10.

Assuming Paikuhan gets the chance to take off his weights and doesn't give Broly the chance to transform further, I'd say he can win. He had a fairly decent advantage on SSJ Goku during the Anoyoichi Budokai and the gap between them seemed to have not changed by the time of Movie 12 given their opening fight in their weighted and base states respectively. Unlike Goku, it's not suggested M12 Paikuhan's power is any greater than his Boo Arc or M11 self and, if anything, it helps when assuming the two movies take place in the same timeline when (if so) Goku was able to put Broly down with help from Paikuhan without needing SS3. Paikuhan also has better durability feats against a stronger opponent, having taken a hit from Super Kaioken Goku and surviving a double punch to both temples from an enraged Janemba.
As for Broly, all we solidly know on his power beyond being above SSJ Goten/Trunks is that he's likely above Boo Arc SSJ Goku by some degree according to the Daizenshuu, though not by as much of a solid degree as Paikuhan should be from the feats and scaling surrounding him. Combine that with Paikuhan's advantage in martial arts skill as well as general thinking, and Filler Big Green has got this with high to extreme-diff.
