I agree, but I think their powers are definitely close. The way Pikkon fought against Goku I'd say Pikkon is a bit stronger than the amount of power Cell used against FP Super Saiyan Goku.

I never thought Paikkuhan was stronger than Cell, I couldn't really comprehend that being possible outside of Toei Logic but even then it didn't feel right. I have Paikkuhan being considerably stronger than Goku, but still considerably weaker than Cell at his Full Power, so with that said I give this Gohan rather easily.
