Based off of one of these two assumptions (only one is needed but I believe both):

1. Hisoka is a 100 on the scale he uses
2. Hisoka and Illumi have always been portrayed to be similar in power

and this:

Zeno said he would beat Chrollo "UNLESS you [Chrollo] were fighting to kill".

Chrollo w/ prep+bookmark > Hisoka ~ Chrollo w/ bookmark > Chrollo > Zeno.

Zeno and Silva seemed to be similar to each other during their fight with Chrollo. That's why I have that.

I never understand Zeno's line. Why wasn't Chrollo going to the kill? Why is normal Chrollo > Zeno?

And how do you know these things about Chrollo vs Hisoka?

Pitou rapes. Biscuit's nen ability isn't even offensive, so she mostly has non-hatsu moves to go on and her nen is likely inferior to that of a royal guard's as it is.

The statements aren't as straightforward as Chrollo > Zeno. It's more like Ten vs Roshi (22nd).

Zeno is saying that Chrollo would beat Zeno if he was being serious: Chrollo > Zeno > Chrollo (not serious). Hisoka is somebody Chrollo felt the need to get prepared for. He went out of his to get new hatsus and develop his bookmark technique which makes him way better than before.

Chrollo prepared a lot for Hisoka. He didn't treat Zeno with the same respect. He didn't even feel the need to get serious against him.

Chrollo w/ bookmark is a lot more efficient at fighting than Yorknew Chrollo

I don't think he prepared way more for Hisoka. I'm pretty sure he was just trying to improve himself. It wasn't implied that anything he did was for Hisoka apart from picking the battlefield. But Chrollo was definitely stronger than his older self I can agree to that.

He prepared against Zeno and Silva by hiring the Zoldycks to take out the bosses. He knew he couldn't win 2v1, so he just trolled in their battle.

But the thing is that Zeno admitted Chrollo would beat him. That's Chrollo before his bookmark. Chrollo prepared by getting hatsus and picking the perfect battlefield.

Btw I updated my tier list. I combined tier 5 with tier 6, added Uvogin to Knuckle / Knob, put Emperor time Kurapika in between Bisky and Razor, and put the dash in between Kurapika and Razor rather than Razor and Hisoka
