Never found it interesting since the lack of strategy when it comes to capturing Pokemon and the poor battle and evolution mechanics make a poor replication of the actual games. Same reason I'm not interested in playing the Let's Go games, despite them having some nice features and a tie into Gen 8.

I play from time to time. I found it disappointing it isn't like the games.

I'm not playing anymore because they all the sudden said my email address wasn't valid despite me having the original email from them. Support blew me off so I said fuck it and started playing Shin Megami Tensei Dx2 instead.

It's a shame too because the game currently has really improved, with gifts and trading and improved gyms and gym battles. But I wasn't starting out at level one after reaching level 35.
