Two questions.

1. Why do you think East Kaioshin's personality was more dominant in Kibitoshin? Because he's a Kaioshin? Because he's stronger? Some other reason?

2. If Goku and Gohan fused with the Potara, would it be a split personality like Vegetto, or would the fusion have one of the two's personality that is more dominant?

1. Good question. Kaioshin controlled Kibito for the entirety of their lives, so perhaps when the combination happened, Kibito's side was just like, "bitch, I won't interfere with you".
