I've got SSjG2 at 62.5x Base and SSjG3 at 125x Base. Nothing wrong with that!

His head moved, he looked discomforted so therefore; it's not nearly as large of a difference as you're making it out to be.

Imperfect Cell looks really close to Piccolo considering he tanked the Light Grenade.

I've got it nearing a 60% gap in comparison to a fully powered Piccolo. The Piccolo whom went up against Cell was already losing a-lot of stamina, so it would make the gap between them even larger, I just did not feel compelled to list it.
