Power-Scaling vs Feats

Which do you place more emphasis on? This is probably a silly question because we all know which holds more authority, but I'd still like the opinion of the community.

Feats trump 99% of the time. They're visual representations of what's going on.

Powerscaling is good but it has its faults.

I don't know how to use scaling and think it should only be a last resort for power. Statements and feats hold equal importance to me. Feats are not end all because they seem to prone to bias (eg. Krillin vs Tenshinhan). On the other hand feats can override statements, but only when it's absolutely clear and not remotely vague (or else people might use it for a power chain they prefer).

Feats when they're consistent.
If they aren't, then powerscaling.

If we're talking about DB then power scalling wins.

Feats on their own should be the end all to any sort of argument, unless some sort of implication within the story implies something differently, or the feats themselves are contradicted later in the story. On their own, feats are generally accepted to be the stronger source of information as they naturally depict what is going on as opposed to implying it -which can leave more to be desired.

Feats in dbz is inconsistent so just take the statements and power scalling.
