How close do you think he is in comparison to SSJ2 Kid Gohan and SPC?

Probably somewhat below Gohan, seeing as how whilst he put some emphasis on his training gains, he was also factoring in Gohan having slacked off as what'd cause a change in the pecking order. That, and you have Majin Vegeta being not too far above Cell Game Gohan at his peak. I'd place him a little below SPC as well.

Far above SPC as he mocks Dabra, but still lags behind Gohan as he’s considering his fight with a rusty Gohan a interesting.

I have him equal to Majin Vegeta in Base/SSJ forms. His SSJ2 form is about 90% of the power SSJ2 Gohan used against Cell.

Around a 90/100ish gap fits fine for me.
