Regardless of where you stand on the Kaioshin VS Pui Pui debate, the fact remains he at least thought one of the Saiyans challenging Pui Pui 1 on 1 was a mistake, when already believing Goku to be at least stronger than himself. That alone should make these two oneshot material for him.

Feats with gravity are not so consistents. Kid Trunks struggled to move in a 150x gravity, though Vegeta (Trunks saga) was able to move in a 300x gravity. Besides this Gohan felt overwhelmed by the gravity in the Rosat ( 10x ) despite being way stronger than Goku was after training in 100x gravity. Hell Gohan said 10x was heavy for him ( whereas someone like Raditz wouldn't even feel it ). This Gohan was at least 1,000x stronger than Raditz.

People take the whole gravity thing out of context. Pocus thought that Vegeta was a regular human who had never been in 10x gravity before, and thought that it might affect Vegeta. He wasn't bragging about his own ability to stand in 10x gravity.

You said based on the gravity argument Pui-Pui is weaker than Recoome. That's a joke, especially since even Trunks has shown to have problems with high-gravity. Gravity has nothing to do with power.

Some people can't imagine Kao-Shin one-shotting Freeza, doesn't make it any less of a fact.
