I have Puipui > non Majin Puipui > King Cold

To Bobbidi, King Cold would be the 2nd strongest in the universe with Puipui being first

Yea I agree that Pocus wins. I don't really put much thought on Pocus' power level anymore, but I generally have him around Imperfect Cell (Ginger Town).

One of the greatest feat in dbz is beating the 10x gravity and PuiPui just did that.

Pui Pui's power comes from being born on a 10x gravity world, IIRC. This is equal to or less than Planet Vegeta, so I doubt he's much stronger than Nappa to be honest. Keep in mind, a PL of 10,000 was at least somewhat impressive on a galactic stage before the Z Fighters came along and broke the power scale. Also, Kaioshin somehow didn't know about Goku when he was training and almost certainly going Super Saiyan 1/2/possibly 3 in the afterlife for seven years. There's no guarantee he knew about Freeza.

Kaioshin mentioned Freeza by name, so I doubt he really didn't know. He likely existed way before Freeza was born, for one thing. He just doesn't seem to know about Cell or the other plot hole ridden contraptions from the last arc, and various other miscellaneous things
