I've seen the film based on the novel the manga was based on. It was OK. Still the best death game series I've seen, though that's not saying much. If the manga's as good as it, then it may be worth reading.
Pretty sure Kenshi's read it.

The amount of kids who completely lose their wits and go insane kind of bothers me. I suppose they're only 9th graders and watched several of their classmates die, but too many of them have absolutely insane personalities. It's a bit much.

The main character is bothering me with his constant cuckery. Plus he keeps yelling like a fucking retard when their goal is to stay hidden lol.

If you're going to read it, you might as well just read the novel. It's not very long, and probably better than the manga.

The movie is pretty good for as old as it is.

I read like half of the book last year. Fave part was when the author kinda broke the fourth wall by saying that the scene was like "something out of a bad horror movie. No, better yet: a bad horror novel".

Kinda sux when you know your fave character is gonna die and just wasn't all that enough to keep me on it.

The manga was fucking trash. It should be a crime to be able to publish such content.
