Do you think Goku's statement to Goten (''that's what you get for slacking off'') implies they're close to Good Buu
and they could've beaten him if they'd trained even a little? If yes, was this referring to their base or their SSJ
forms? Was the no SSJ rule still on? Also, considering they'd most likely surpassed the minimum PL required
for SSJ2, do you think they had that form as well?
