Questions about Kami and 23rd TB Piccolo

What is their gap? Piccolo had used up almost all his chi in his ultimate attack. He was so weakened that a
headbutt from a crippled Goku was enough to take him down. Yet, even in that condition, he was implied to
be more than a match for anyone else. That can be easily 10x a gap over Kami.
Another thing that bothers me is, did Kami even intend to fight him? Assuming Goku was killed, would the
God participate in the fight along with the humans? And, if he did, how would Piccolo react? Would he fight
Kami, thus, risking his own life as well?

The stamina feats in the 23rd are insane. I wouldn't be surprised if Piccolo regained half his ki by gloating when he broke Goku's legs.

Kami can't even see Piccolo with his God Eyes, that implies a huge difference. Severely weakened Piccolo keeps Kami from attacking. The only thing that suggests Kami is respectable at all is him catching Piccolo's punch, which is apparently bullshit.
