Ragehan Explained?

Is it possible for Ragehan to be behind the Buu Saga mess of having the Base Saiyans appear to be so preposterously powerful?

If the kids are already around the Cell Jr level, but Pui Pui > Kaioshin > Piccolo > Base Boys, there is only one way to explain that.

That Gohan's enraged boost stayed with him and it's not the power he used against Cell initially but his new enraged power. So it worked like a potential unlock that completely altered his power.

Could it be something like this?


Gohan 1
~ Super Saiyan 50

~Enraged Super Saiyan 2 500
~ New Super Saiyan 250
~ New Base Power 5


Is this a possible explanation for the wide disparity of powers showcased between the Cell Games and Buu Saga?


Does this also make it possible for Super Saiyan Gohan ~ Dabura ~ Perfect Cell's full power.


That is, even Super Saiyan Goku and Super Saiyan Vegeta are at a level where Perfect Cell's full power is nothing?

I guess that would probably be going too far and bumping into Ssj2 Gohan's power, but perhaps we are onto something here?

So is Teen Gohan based on the initial Kid Gohan we saw at the CG, or an advanced version, the enraged, potential unlocked version of Gohan?
