How strong is she? I see a huge variety of power levels for her. Here are some of her notable feats:

-Made it into the finals of the Budokai, which was actually impressive at the time.
-Dodged a serious attack from Namu, who appeared to be trying to hit her in this instance.
-Managed to make Namu feel pain.

I prefer to think she is decently strong. Her performance against Namu is more impressive than Yamcha's against Jackie imo.

A lot of her feats get brushed off as being comic relief. I personally think they are serious enough to warrant her being equal to, if not stronger than Yamcha. I don't see anyone under Debut Goku making Nam scream in pain like that under any circumstances.

Nam was serious but was still flustered so that only shows her skills rather than strength. The moment Nam got his shit together literally all it took was a delicate neck chop to bring her down.
