She is at least 33% of Nam's power based on the dodge (seeing as Goku couldn't dodge Raditz when his BP was a third of his big brother's).
Pikkoro could dodge Nappa when he was 50% of Nappa's power so I'd put Ranfan at 50% of Nam's BP - the bare minimum to "DODGE!".
So maybe about 40% of Goku's power? If speed is as proportional to attack and defense power as it mostly is in DB/Z.

Ranfan could dodge a serious attack from Nam yet literally all it took was a mere neck chop to bring her down once he got his shit together. Her dodging that attack only comes to show how distracted and unfocused Nam was for most of the fight.
Anyways, I'd say she's stronger than average since she seems to pack a mean punch and could possibly give Videl a good fight. She'll beat Mr. Satan for sure especially given how sexist he is.

Since I have nothing to say about her power, Lanfan is a better translation of her name. Her name comes from the Japanese approximation of our English words "lingerie foundation" (Ranjeri Fandeshon). The L is better than the R in this case.

Guess he/she's saying he was serious but weakened by her sexuality/the awkwardness of the situation. Kinda like how Goku was serious against Yamcha but even when serious was weaker than usual due to being hungry.

Simple. Namu was serious but was still clearly affected by her city-girl tactics however once he closes his eyes thus was able to concentrate on the fight since he wouldn't have to look at her body... he wins rather effortlessly.Super Saiyan said:

She got through the prelims without presumably using her stripping at that point; she also packed him a wallop which I can't in good conscience discredit as a gag entirely. Her being near Videl just doesn't make sense given that the prelims was at least packed with people that would've given pre-Roshi training Krillin a run for his money.
