Reason why I put the 22nd above the 23rd is for the Chun v. Tien fight alone. I still consider it one of the best technical and tactical fights in all of DB, Z and shit included.... Ya know, before ki blast after ki blast and lightning fast flurries of limbs took over.

It's my favorite fight in all of DB afterall.

That fight's too short to make it up there imo. SSJ Goku vs. 100% Freeza and Goku vs. Vegeta (Saiyan arc) have my vote, albeit not that much in the technical aspect.

Certain parts of it dragged on but overall I thought it held true to Dragon Ball with a good mix of action and adventure.

I liked it moderately up until the end of Muscle Tower, but after that it just all came down to repeated run-ins with General Blue who was a bigger joke than Sorbet and his ray gun in FnF after his first defeat, and then Goku just got a power up to sweep through Taopaipai and the entire RRA in one fell sweep. Badly paced and lacking almost any action for the side heroes which is dumb since Yamcha was already irrelevant as fuck the last arc and Roshi and Kuririn proved able to hold their own against Goku, yet nothing came of their character for another 3 years. All of it just made me think Toriyama wrote it in spirit of a gag manga where Goku just stomps everyone like Arale rather than in the spirit of a thought-out adventure story.

Muscle-Tower was probably the other section of the arc that was memorable besides Tao-Pai-Pai. I also liked snowy setting and the sense of we still haven't seen close to everything.
