1. Goku VS Freeza: Simply amazing. Seeing as how the two portrayed strongest characters in the entire universe up to that point with everything at stake was exhilarating. Goku going super saiyan for the first time gave me chills.

2. Piccolo Vs Freeza 2nd/3rd Freeza: I liked the concept of fusion and Piccolo becoming relevant infront of Frieza. The way the fight was portrayed was also enjoyable for me so much. I like Piccolo as a whole and seeing him fighting Frieza, was cool

3. Vegeta VS Freeza final form: seeing Vegeta cry for the first time while fighting Frieza, portrayed Frieza's power far differently than any villain that has passed at that point, and even now. Wasn't much of a fight, but conceptually it was amazing.

4. Captain Ginyu [In Goku's body] VS Gohan and Krillin: The reason I like this more than Goku vs Ginyu is because it made Gohan and Krillin shine well and it revived the concept of the components of Ki and how it can be put under usage. It explained things about Ki really well, and Ginyu's exchange technique wasn't so OP as to allow him to use Kaioken x10 or shit and surpass Frieza, since that would break the entire point of Frieza being the strongest. Regardless of that, seeing Gohan and Krillin fighting with each other in general was a good idea, though it doesn't beat Piccolo fighting Frieza or Goku vs Frieza in my book

5. Gohan Vs 2nd/3rd Freeza form: It's cool seeing Gohan being able to do so much damage to Frieza, and it showcased his potential really well. But, it became redundantly consecutive. I mean, Gohan gets angry and he thrashes the character infront of him. Then let him do that Final Form Frieza Kek. Still, Gohan getting angry was exciting to look for

The rest doesn't have any major explanation.

6. Vegeta [With Gohan and Krillin help] VS Racoome
7. Goku Vs Captain Ginyu
8. Freeza VS Nail
9. Goku VS Racoome, Burter and Jeice
10. Krillin VS Guldo
11. Vegeta VS Zarbon Round 1
12. Vegeta VS Zarbon Round 2
13. Vegeta VS Jeice
14. Vegeta Vs Dodoria
15. Vegeta Vs Cui
16. Freeza Henchmen VS 3 Namekian Warriors

#1 - Post-Zenkai Vegeta VS Monster Zarbon - Had a lot more tactics than the other battles, regardless of their simplicity, so it ranks above them by default.
#2 -Gohan, Kuririn and Vegeta VS Ginyu Goku and Jheese - The internal conflict Gohan and Kuririn had makes it more interesting than the other perpetual slugfests the arc consists of.
#3 - Gohan & Kuririn VS Gurd - Having an opponent with an ability to combat those with superior power makes it far more engaging than the punches and power ups this arc otherwise consists of.
#4 - Goku VS Ginyu - Decent choreography and humour. Despite Goku not immediately just oneshotting with Kaioken, it's conclusion provides it's worth with the nice twist of the Body Change.
#5 - Vegeta VS Base/Monster Zarbon - Provided good build up for later events. That's about it though.
#6 - Vegeta VS True form Freeza - Has a decent level of drama with Vegeta's ambitions crumbling and his emotions coming to the surface, though is somewhat disappointing in how a year of publication culminated in his campaign against Freeza being decided by Freeza dodging a few hits and kicking a Ki blast away.
#7 - Goku VS Freeza - Whilst it had the potential to be the best fight of the arc due to the writing and build up behind it (and will most likely be the choice of the masses), it was overall ruined by a good chunk of it just being a pointless warm up segment and even when we get into the meat of SSJ Goku VS 100% Freeza, that was ruined beforehand by Goku's character rewrite of him declaring he was a Super Saiyan despite having only heard of the term an hour or so ago.
#8-10 - Namekians VS Freeza Soldiers, Vegeta VS Dodoria and Nail VS Freeza - All of them are just boring stomp matches with little worth adding to the plot.
#11-12 - Vegeta, Gohan and Kuririn VS Reacoom/Goku VS Reacoom, Butta and Jheese - Same as above, with the additional sting that those could've been individual victories for Gohan, Kuririn and Vegeta had there been some major changes to the writing rather than offering us Goku Time, not to mention they were just a rehash of the Nappa battle with less stakes, to the point Goku defeats Butta with the exact same pose.
#13 - Vegeta VS Cui - Cui's character and death provided nothing to the plot that another character couldn't, making this a worthless stomp match.
#14 - Pre-True form Freeza battle (aka. This isn't even my final form!) - Purely consists of a constant back and forth that's absolutely worthless when it offers nothing to the plot other than dragging it out and just exists for the fanservice of the supporting cast having a moment in the spotlight. You could remove this battle entirely by having Freeza go into his true form immediately and nothing in the overall plot would need to be changed.

To be honest, I don't really find any of the Freeza Arc fights to be that engaging, so this is about as well as I can rank them.

I'm going to go by the exact list as it appears in the opening thread and count down my least favorite to favorite.

#16 - Freeza Henchmen vs. Three Namekian Warriors
Nothing much happening here, honestly. A bit of an emotional grip knowing what's at stake for the Namekian warriors, but still not a very eventful fight.

#15 - Vegeta vs. Cui
This wasn't even really a "fight." It was Vegeta blowing up some random henchman.

#14 - Vegeta vs. Dodoria
It was nice seeing the ruthless murderer Dodoria get his come-uppance. Still rather uneventful, though.

#13 - Commander Ginyu (in Goku's body) vs. Gohan and Kurilin
Honestly, I don't know why, but I really couldn't stand anything with the body swap. It just seemed really bland. It was more emotional than the other fights I mentioned because of the mental aspect of Gohan and Kurilin having to fight someone that looks like Goku, but it was still not great for me. I also don't get the whole deal with how he could access some of Goku's power, but not all of it -- that seemed a little random.

#12 - Vegeta vs. Zarbon Round 1
This was the first fight on Namek that seemed like a real fight. Zarbon was a little more fleshed out and intriguing than the other henchmen because he had more screen time, I suppose. Not a bad fight.

#11 - Vegeta vs. Zarbon Round 2
Same as my previous answer, but Vegeta got the win.

#10 - Freeza vs. Nail
This was pretty cool because it showed just how hopeless the situation was. Nail put in a lot of effort and it just didn't mean anything. This was more emotionally gripping than most of the fights on Namek. However, there was also not much to this fight.

#9 - Kurilin vs. Gurd
This was a pretty entertaining fight. Gurd is not exactly a great character, but he has a really nice trick with that time bending ability.

#8- Vegeta vs. Jheese
Just knowing where Jheese was before and where he was at this point, made this a decent fight. On its own, though, it wasn't that great. Again, nothing much happening here.

#7 - Gohan vs. 2nd/3rd form Freeza
This was pretty cool. Nice way to show off Gohan's abilities, especially when he gets mad. Also, the hopelessness of facing Freeza made this one rather emotional.

#6 - Goku vs. Recoome, Butta, & Jheese
I liked this. There's something so cool about seeing a bunch of guys who think they're great, being toppled. Goku's calmness and control over the situation was really powerful.

#5 - Goku vs. Commander Ginyu
This is so high on the list just because the action in the fight. There was some stuff going on and it was nice to get to see Goku putting in the work. Unfortunately, it feels really weird seeing him putting in so much effort when he just completely wiped out the rest of the Ginyu Special Forces.

#4 - Piccolo vs. 2nd/3rd form Freeza
I just love Piccolo. It was great knowing that he got such a huge power-up. Also, he was the best chance of victory at that point and it's really cool how he came there to protect his friends... and Vegeta.

#3 - Vegeta (with Gohan & Kurilin) vs. Recoome
This was a hopeless and relentless fight. The futile effort put into it on Vegeta's end was great. This felt really high-stakes.

#2 - Vegeta vs. 4th form Freeza
This is where it was really coming down to that epic fight feel on Namek. Also a hopeless fight and a great way to showcase just how powerful Freeza was.

#1 - Goku vs. Freeza
Is this really in any doubt? This was the most detailed fight and it went all over the map. I really enjoyed the fight before Goku became a Super Saiyan and after he got there, the fight was taken to a whole other level.

Well, Freeza is quite literally playing around with Goku at this point. Makes sense for him to make such a ridiculous movement just for the troll factor. :rape
