Recommended Animes?

I need something new to watch. I'm looking for something along the lines of Cowboy Bebop, Street Fighter 2: The Animated Movie or Elfen Lied'

Those are three extremely different anime. But my favorites include FMA:B, HxH, and Steins;Gate.

I'd recommend seeing One Piece last though. The longer you take to catch up the better.
