Yes. Vegetto ~ Merged Zamasu and Goku/Vegeta individually were barely one shot for Merged Zamasu.
Not really. Manga-wise, which seems to be the most accurate way to go for powerscaling, Kaioken isn't a factor, so having Merged Zamasu less than even 2x SSB Goku/Vegeta honestly seems highly probable.Mirai SSJ said:It's still one shot, though, so Goku + Vegeta > Vegetto is still exaggerated, especially considering that Goku KKx2 only annoyed Merged Zamasu.
After Merged Zamasu powered up, Goku quickly asked Vegeta to fuse with him, even though he could use the Kaioken x10, before he even knew that fusion wasn't permanent. It puts Vegetto at very least over ten times stronger.
It doesn't.In the manga,Initial merged zamasu easily radgolls goku and vegeta using only hand signs to block their attacksCaptain Cadaver said:Not really. Captain Cadaver said:Zamasu's stomping feats still don't warrant a several fold gap between them, not to mention pride or not, Goku and Vegeta seemed to think fighting Merged Zamasu themselves was still a somewhat feasable option even after being stomped.

How strong do you have goku's kamehameha. The one that blew a hole through zamasu's bodyMirai SSJ said:Captain Cadaver said:Zamasu's stomping feats still don't warrant a several fold gap between them, not to mention pride or not, Goku and Vegeta seemed to think fighting Merged Zamasu themselves was still a somewhat feasable option even after being stomped.
Considering the outcome, it's pretty obvious that it had more to do with pride than anything else, especially when they ended up changing their mind anyways.
