Rogafufuken amp?

It clearly seems to increase Yqmcha's speed, but does it also increase his power? What was the amp in the 21st?

Just view it as a small speed increase to keep it simple.

1.2x IMO. Jackie Chun was completely nonchalant against Yamcha, with a "light" face, but the Rogafufuken clearly got Jackie's attention, just look at his face when Yamcha was coming at him. While it could not mean much, Yamcha was at least somewhat confident on his Rogafufuken even after seeing Jackie effortlessly dodge his attacks.

I don't think base Yamcha rivals his Rogafufuken.

Goku also says he could barely even see Yancha when he used it last time.

Yeah, there's that too. This is a big thing to consider since Goku was noticeable stronger than Yamcha. Kuririn said something about barely seeing Jackie Chun too. What type of gap is this? Generally when a character cannot see the other I have a 1.5x gap between them.

It's worth of note that when Yamcha used the Rogafufuken against Goku, the latter was hungry, therefore with strength below his normal level.

Perhaps Goku's hunger also effected his level of focus/eyesight?
