It's good but not the best list I have seen. It has a fair few amount of errors.

1. Nam > Krillin. In fact, Nam should be almost on par with Tailed Goku.

2. 22nd Goku > Tambourine. Even if you go by the notion of Goku receiving a Zenkai post his first fight against Tambourine, Goku said that if he could have defeated Tambourine with his full 22nd budokai strength.

3. Drum is too high compared to Tenshinhan. Drum stomped Tien yeah, but Tien still was able to take attacks, block attacks and even dish a few out of his own Drum even called him "tough".

4. Piccolo Jr. being 10x stronger than Kami seems like a stretch. Goku and Piccolo were much stronger but ten times is a bit crazy.

Yeah agreed. Namu should be way stronger stronger than Kuririn. In fact, like you said, Namu was almost equal to tailed Goku, while Kuririn was most likely weaker than Goku without tail.

I also agree that Goku (22nd Budokai) is > Tambourine, but Goku said if he could just eat and get a full stomach, Tambourine would not be too much; but maybe Goku was taking into account his new powers when healed (Zenkai)? I think it's fair to assume Goku already knew he get stronger after fierce battles.

But I was mentioning mainly the "Z" part of the list.

Tenshinhan only got in one attack, not few.
